It was inevitable.

Currently, I'm in awe with Call of Duty 4. The graphics are absolutely astounding. I haven't gotten that far in the single player as of yet but there is a nice variation of scenery and mission objectives so despite the supposed runtime of 6-8 hours there appears to be a lot of replay value as there are a bunch of unlockables after completing the game.

I've sunk an hour or two online and I appear to have a natural ability with it as my Kill/Death ratio currently 1.27 right off the bat. Not bad...it generally takes me a few days of playing to reach a K/D ratio of 0.50

Also, the online set-up is more or less a carbon copy of Halo's universe. The party system and such. Plus you play with opponents with similar ranking so you're not pitted against some sod who's been playing for a countless amount of hours and has accumulated some rediculous rank. Always a nice feature.

Also rented Conan and I enjoyed it for the most part but I'm glad I didn't end up buying it. It appears to be fairly short as well (7-9 hours) with little incentive to return of the single-player anytime soon. The graphics range from mediocre to great and the gore is oftentimes spectacular. The camera would be my main issue...non-controlled and I find myself often confused regarding my next objective as the fixed camera angles typically obscure your next destination point.

Both. For the three up there, the atari one is on either an emulator or my atari 2600, and the other two are emulator only since I don't own the games, but I do own the system.

I rented Assassins Creed, and I'm very sorry to report that the game is absolute shit.

Granted, I'm only about 2 hours deep into it but it is flawed on so many levels that I'd really not rather go into it at the moment.
