I'm sad to say after viddying the atrocious Survival of the Dead that the once great George Romero now has no credibility left whatsoever. RIP.

That was pretty bad. I did think it was better than Diary of the Dead, but that's not saying much. Anyone catch him talking shit on Savini in the extras? Damn, RIP

yes survival was really fucking bad..

You can always hope that he might comeback with something decent down the line, but I don't think there is anything he can do with zombies that would not be redundant and painful to watch.

Everything past Day of the Dead is pure shit. Night, Dawn and Day all had this special eerie feeling to them. I never felt terrified, of course, just... Creeped out. The others, including the re-imaginings, made me feel nothing.

May your credibility rest in peace, my friend. You had one hell of a run. You really did. Night, Dawn, Day of the Dead. Martin. The Crazies, Creepshow, Knightriders. Well...that's about it. But one hell of a run in this ever-decaying industry. You were my introduction to horror films with Night of the Living Dead...way back in the early-90's. So, whatever you shamble through in your twilight years, I'll be sure to turn my cheek, dear friend. God bless Papa George.
