I would post pretty much every musical number from Phantom of Paradise and The Rocky Horror Picture Show, but I think you're looking for spontaneous dancing/singing from non-musicals? I ain't got much...that kind of thing never really stuck out for me. My first thought was the Linnea Quigley crotch-piece dance in the cemetery from Return of the Living Dead, but that won't be on UTube due to her near perfect breasts bouncing about and all...
I hesitate to post the dancing from Jay and Silent Bob because there are some Smith detractors around here, but fuck it...it's all I have:
